1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ecodelys.ca website (the “site”), operated by ÉcoDélys (“we”). By browsing the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

2. Nature of the site

The site presents our company, our TÉNÉBRION GOURMAND products, our news and our points of sale. No sales take place on the site. Purchases are made from our retailers (for example Maturin or Simplitude), under their own terms of sale, delivery and returns. For any question about an order, please contact the retailer directly.

3. Product information

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information published on the site accurate and up to date. If the site and a product label differ, the label prevails. Nutrition information is provided for information purposes and does not replace the advice of a health professional.

Allergies: edible insects may cause reactions in people who are allergic to crustaceans, molluscs or dust mites. Always read the ingredient list and, if in doubt, consult a health professional before eating our products.

4. Intellectual property

The ÉcoDélys and TÉNÉBRION GOURMAND trademarks, logos, texts, photographs and other elements of the site belong to ÉcoDélys or to their respective owners. They are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction or commercial use without our written permission is prohibited. Media may quote short excerpts and reproduce our logos to report on our products, provided the source is credited.

5. Links to other sites

The site contains links to third-party websites (retailers, media, social networks). These links are provided for your convenience; we have no control over these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Forms

When you contact us through a form on the site, you agree to provide accurate information and not to send any illegal, abusive or malicious content. The use of your information is described in our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, ÉcoDélys shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to the rights granted to consumers by law.

We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and its update date is shown above.
